Tom leads Phoenicia with over 35 years of experience and expertise in the civil engineering, construction, and development industry. Tom came to the United States from Lebanon in 1979 to pursue higher education. After graduating with a Bachelors degree from University of Massachusetts in Civil Engineer 1982 and a Masters in Structural Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1983, Tom started his career as an engineer for the city of New York 1983. In 1985, Tom relocated to Orlando and worked for the city of Ocala for a year before founding his construction firm, Harbco, Inc. Harbco grew into one of the top 25 construction firms in Central Florida. Tom’s success in the business community has earned him a reputation and the respect of his peers, colleagues, and clients.
